OUR PROCESS

STAGE
INITIAL CONSULTATION
& QUOTING
In this stage, we hold an initial consultation in our showroom, using 3D software to create a custom design. We then send you a quote and 3D images for review.

STAGE
SITE MEASURE &
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once you're happy with the quote and have paid a deposit, we secure an installation date with you and our foreman will visit your site for a precise measurement. We'll then refine the design based on these measurements and your chosen appliances and finishes.

STAGE
FINAL DESIGN, SIGN OFF & PRODUCTION
Once all finishes and fixtures are approved, we’ll provide production-quality drawings and a sign-off form detailing your project. After you have provided your final sign off we will put your project into production.

STAGE
INSTALLATION
& QUALITY CHECK
In the final stage, we deliver and install your joinery, then arrange for our stone masons to check measure for benchtops and splashbacks. Once everything is in we will do a quality check with you and ensure you are completely satisfied with the end result before closing off the job.
OUR SHOWROOM & FACTORY
Located in Alexandria, our showroom is situated above our state-of-the-art factory, offering a comprehensive display of kitchen and wardrobe displays. Visitors can explore a wide range of door finishes, hardware, and inserts, showcasing the full range of customisation options available.
We take pride in manufacturing all our joinery on-site, ensuring strict quality control throughout every stage of production.
