We are continuing to monitor the rapidly changing situation with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and its impact to the Australian market. At JPC Kitchens, our priority is to ensure that we have a safe environment for both employees and customers.
Below are the steps we are taking to adapt to this situation:
Consultations - JPC’s Showroom visits are now limited to two people per appointment for a maximum of 45 Minutes. You can also have your consultation via the phone or via email. Enquiries can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Pickups and Deliveries – Our Team are following the Social distancing rules on both customers pick up and Manufacturing deliveries.
Sales Team – Our Sales Team is currently still in the showroom, however are also available over the phone and via emails.
Samples from our showroom – We strongly encourage you to order samples online where possible via the following links. They will post them out to you via post.
Installations – Social distancing on site can be challenging at time but is a key measure to minimise the spread. Our installers are taking all measures to help reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 by the following:
- Social distancing where possible
- Limiting physical interactions between workers and clients
- We have limited the number of works on site to two installers where possible
- Encouraging good hygiene practice
